πŸ’₯ Low Weight Squat Option

Heavy squatting isn’t some I need or want to do however I still enjoy Getting under the BAR and working πŸ‹οΈβ€β™€οΈπŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ‹πŸ½β€β™‚οΈ. Here are Two ways I squat these days
1️⃣ 0ption is Combining Bands into my BB Box Front squat which makes getting out of the hole easier on my Lower body but still gives you a great load under tension thru the final 50%. 😰😰.
2️⃣ Option is Band and BB only Box jumps. These are awesome for Quad and Ab work. πŸ‘πŸ‘. I prefer 41” Black Medium Bands (Find Bands at RBT Shop Link below)
