Fiber is your best friend 😅😂
who else knows the struggle?
If you are watchin this vid on the toilet right now, this comment is for you! 😁👌🏻
Coffee does make a good diuretic actually lol 🥴
I've definitely struggled with this a few times. Especially when I was on narcotics after surgery. Thank God they prescribed me stool softeners with that, I don't know WHERE I'd be without that miracle medicine 😆😆😆. But still, it was struggle for a while 😔
I love when people tell me "careful don't eat too much of that or it'll give you diarrhea" . I'm like HA I wish! I have IBS-C no laxative type food is gonna phase me. People with diarrhea can't go anywhere or even to work though. Constipation hurts but at least I can still go to work and go out places🤷
I’ve gone 24+ weeks without opening my bowels and my usual time frame is 4-6 weeks and I usually end up in hospital because of it. I take 5 strong laxatives a day and they do very little, but without them I probably would be waiting more than 24 weeks! All because I have a condition called EDS.
I was once so constipated that I had to drink a whole bottle of olive oil!
Always me since childhood. Nobody even understands it
I have the opposite. I have Chronic Diarrhea. Every 3 days like clockwork. My gastroenterologist told me to try Metamucil. I'm up to 3 teaspoons of psyllium a day and it seems to be working.
Gah, that struggle, omg. Doc once gave me the mix they give men before they have a colon exam. He told me to setup shop with Netflix as soon as I started drinking it. Never again, eat fiber every day.
